Your shipment has now arrived at the Johannesburg receiving terminal. Here it may undergo customs inspection and charges.

Your shipment is in transit between Johannesburg and your local city.

Please note:

Delivery takes on average 8 - 12 business days (excl. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.
Customs duties on the imported goods purchased is the customer's responsibility and is usually about 10-15% of the order value, please contact us if the customs amount is excessive.
Shipping is from our warehouse that is located abroad.
We deliver via Buffalo Courier who partner with Pargo, Paxi and Fastway for local deliveries. Pargo and Paxi deliver to drop-off points.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond our control, such as public holidays and customs issues.
